Ladywell House is our elegantly furnished home to which we welcome you. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our food; the local produce used for your sumptuous breakfasts, possibly served in the new safari Breeze House for that 'out of Africa' feel; the extreme comfort you will experience from a four-poster bed, crisp white bed linen, bathrooms with bath and shower, perhaps even the spa bath. If you would like anything special just ask us; we work unobtrusively in the background to make your stay luxurious and memorable.
We request you not to smoke in the house please.
Deposits
In order to guarantee your booking, we require, please, a deposit equivalent to the room rate for one nightís stay. Please send your cheque to me, as below:

In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to replace your booking. If we do so, we will, of course, refund your deposit.
In the unlikely event that, for reasons outside our control, we have to cancel your booking, we will refund all monies received and, if you wish, point you in the direction of possible local alternatives.
Duration of your stay
A two-night minimum applies for weekend bookings that include a Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, a supplement for a single night's stay of £10 per room will be added to the room rate.
